Your new puppy comes with a 1 yr health guarantee, is vet checked,has all current vaccinations and has been dewormed.

Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection and any contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. The puppy is guaranteed to be free from any life threatening congenital defects for 1 yr from date of birth.

You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If your puppy, in the opinion of both veterinarians (Your vet and My vet) has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, we will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal value. We must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is returned to us, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. A returned puppy must be returned in good condition. To qualify for this guarantee, you must have kept the puppy under care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian.

Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year of the birth date, we will provide a replacement puppy. To qualify for this guarantee, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the vet. You must bring a sign certificate from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of ALL of you puppy's health records.

There is NO guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites and Viral or Bacterial Infections. There is NO guarantee for allergies, thyroid dysfunction or demodectic mange. Some disorders are caused by the enviroment that the puppy is put in. Any disorders caused from its sorroundings is not covered.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will in no circumstances be paid by us.

A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will come from comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents of the original pup. We will try and work with the buyer to ensure satisfaction. If the purchaser desides not to return a less than pefect puppy, this does not mean you forfeit you guarantee. We may reimburse a portion of the purchase price allowing you to keep the puppy. This will be our descretion.

We sell our puppies as Pet Quality. We do not guarantee your pup will be able to sire or whelp puppies. There is NO GUARANTEE on the color or size of this puppy now or as an adult.

Please do not take your puppy to any places, unless absolutely necesary, until the pup has had all its vaccinations that are recommended by your vet to ensure immunity against disease.
